HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE CORRECT HOSE FOR YOUR APPLICATIONS?
Below are tips for making the correct choice to your air tool.

Which spiral hose for which airtool?

1. Choose the maximum working length you need.
2. Look up the tools air consumption in the manufacturers specifications 
   (continuos or maximum airflow at 6 bar)
3. Compare with the diagram to the left which hose ID results.
   
   Example:
   1. You need 6 meter working length
   2. Your tools air consumption is 250 l/min
   3. An 6.5 x 10 mm hose is suitable.
   (Input pressure 7 bar, pressure drop ~0.5 bar, air pressure on the tool is 6.5 bar)

Which reinforced / straight hose for which airtool?

1. Choose the hose length you need.

2. Look up the tools air consumption in the manufacturers specifications 
   (continuous or maximum airflow at 6 bar)
3. Compare with the diagram to the left which hose ID results.
   
   Example:
   1) You need 14 meter of hose
   2) Your tools air consumption is 500 l/min
   3) A 10 mm hose ID will be suitable.
   (Input pressure 7 bar, pressure drop ~0.5 bar, air pressure on the tool is 6.5 bar)
